About Brian

A little about me — and why I do this work.

My name is Brian Buzard. For 24 years I served as Director of Engineering and Operations for the Central Arizona Project — one of the most complex water delivery systems in the country. When the time came for me to move on, that decision was harder than I expected.

That experience changed how I think about transitions. And it's a big part of why I do this work now.

My wife and I also owned a small business here in Arizona for a number of years. I know firsthand what it takes to build something — the early mornings, the hard decisions, the pride that comes with making it work. I have a deep respect for what business owners put into what they build.

I work with established Arizona business owners as they begin thinking about what the next chapter looks like. I'm not here to rush anyone toward a decision. I'm here to make sure you have someone you trust before you ever need to make that call.
